The AATV Montenero company extends over 1000 hectares in the municipality of Todi in Umbria : owned by the Todini family, it experienced its glories between 1980 and 2000, under the leadership of Cavalier Todini, with a successful management and in harmony with a modern and therefore still current territorial and wildlife management policy.

L'Altro Relais is an elegant restaurant that offers breath-taking views of the city of Todi and it is an integral part of the structure. It has recently been embellished with a majestic fully visible kitchen and new furnishings. The restaurant offers a selection of local specialties, traditional Umbrian cuisine and wild game.
